DIRECTIONS TO MARSH CHAPEL
From South or West:
Take the Mass. Turnpike (I-90) East to Exit 18, Allston/Cambridge.
Exit left. Follow signs to Cambridge to the first set o flights. Turn right at the lights; this is Soldiers Field Road/Storrow
Drive. Exit Storrow Drive at the Kenmore exit. Follow local directions below.
From Southeast:
Take
I-93/Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) North to Boston. Exit onto Storrow Drive (Exit 26). Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore
exit. Follow local directions below.
From North:
Take I-93 or Route 1 South to Boston. Exit
onto Storrow Drive (Exit 26). Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore exit. Follow local directions below.
From
the North Shore:
Take Route 1-A through the Sumner Tunnel. Follow signs onto the Expressway North. Take the
Back Bay/Storrow Drive exit, and follow signs onto Storrow Drive. Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore exit. Follow local
directions below.
Local Directions from the Kenmore Square/Commonwealth Avenue exit of Storrow Drive:
At the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto Beacon Street. At this point, the road forks; the right fork is Bay
State Road. Bear right onto Bay State Road and follow it to the end (approx 0.3 mile /4 blocks). Go past the guard house and
park in the lot on your left. Follow the path to Marsh Chapel.
By Public Transportation:
Boston
University is located along the MBTA Green Line. From any downtown Green Line subway station, take the "B" train
heading toward Kenmore Square. After Kenmore Square, the train will be above ground. The second and third stops above ground
are at the center of the Charles River Campus. The third stop lets you off in front of Marsh Chapel.
Directions to Dewolfe Boathouse:
(Note: If you are staying at the Hyatt, it is better to park there)
·Exit the
parking lot and take a right on Granby Street.
·At the light at the end of the street, turn right onto Commonwealth
Avenue.
·Continue about 0.3 miles and turn right onto University Road.
·Take the first left into the parking
lot in front of Boston University Academy.
· Walk from the parking lot across the Boston University Bridge and turn right
at the end of the bridge.
· The boathouse is the first building on the right.
